Before I get to posting about today, check this out!

They’re cute little erasers! The first set is a Burget Shop set from Japan, and the second is a Dessert set from Korea. :D A few of my coworkers and I were in Claire’s, and one of them is a Korean man who doesn’t speak much English. I pointed the Korean erasers out to him, and he grabbed them and the Japanese ones and bought them for me. XD They’re too cute to actually use, though. I think I’ll just put them on my desk as a cute little decoration. :)

Anyway, my post is about the beautiful weather we had today! :D This winter, western PA experienced the coldest, snowiest winter since 1993! Today was actually about 50F/10C. Quite warm compared to the 15F/-9C we’ve been having. There was not a cloud in the sky, either! Jesse and I decided to go downtown, have lunch in the park, and take a walk. I love my hometown.

If you’ve ever seen the movie “My Bloody Valentine” that was released in 2009, this bridge is shown soooo many times in that movie. It’s also the bridge that collapses in “The Mothman Prophecies” movie that Richard Gere was in (though they digitally modified it to have pillars in between the arches).

I took a lot of pictures, but I don’t feel like posting them all. Most of them were just of the lower areas of the park. The water temperature rose a lot in late fall / early winter, and because of that there was a lot of debris in the park. Cool looking, worn logs, shells and such. There was also sand! XD I only see sand when I go to the beach, haha. It was so nice to walk around and enjoy the beautiful day!

We walked for a long, long time and decided we deserved a treat. We went to Dairy Queen. I got this bright ice cream cupcake because it reflected my mood so well:

I can’t wait for spring~~!~ :D :D
